Book Hanumankind - Sooraj Cherukat for Event

An experimental Indian rock band emerging out of Chennai in 2016, Hanumankind is known for fusing the sounds of rock, funk, and Indian classical music with an altogether unique flavor, which this band has managed to find its place in today's increasingly saturated music scenario. The name does complete justice to vibrant eclecticism with which they approach music making: pairing traditional sounds with fresh influences.

With talented musicians, the diversity in backgrounds and styles makes for a very soundly delivered soundscape that flows with powerful vocals, intricate guitar work, and dynamic rhythms. Hanumankind has really mastered their craft of lyrical content, often talking about love, self-discovery, and societal issues.

Since the formation, Hanumankind has indeed succeeded in its quest to gain popularity through energetic live performances at various venues and festivals across the country in India. The going-on stage presence and ability to connect with the mass has actually helped fetch a loyal following for this band.

The band is also actively engaged on social media: they share information regarding their music, upcoming projects, and the process behind creating their music with the audience. Even though Hanumankind is still one of the highly evolving bands in India's independent music scene, it remains relevant to this day.
