Artist Arena is an online platform that connects artists, performers, and creators with opportunities, audiences, event organizers, and clients.

We act as an intermediary. Unless expressly stated, we are not a party to any agreement made between users of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the portfolios, photos, videos, audio, and other content you upload ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Artist Arena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content on and in connection with the Platform.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your skills or affiliation.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Platform.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or solicit other users.
• Attempt to bypass any security or access control measure.

Where the Platform facilitates bookings or payments, fees and applicable taxes will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms will apply to those transactions.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms agreed for the specific booking or service plan.

All logos, trademarks, design, software, and other materials on the Platform (excluding User Content) are the property of Artist Arena or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular opportunity or result will be obtained through its use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any dealings between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artist Arena, its team, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your User Content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
